Though I know Sunny personally for a few years, this is my first time working with him as our Realtor. I had high expectations for my realtor, I wanted someone who’ll help us in finding the right house within our budget and that too within our area of choice.
And, Sunny exceed my expectation and worked with us closely throughout the process. He not only helped us in getting a good house of our choice but also negotiated really well ( I heard from others that he is a very good negotiator and he proved this in our deal). After our offer got accepted, he helped us in the following.
1. House Inspection – we had very limited time to get it complete and in fact he worked with home inspector over the weekend to get it done.
2. Home appraisal : Though it is bank responsibility to get it done but he constantly followed with bank to schedule it ASAP so that we can remove the contingency as per schedule.
3. He worked with listing agent so that they can take care of house as per home inspection report.
4. Though not his responsibility but he was constant touch with lender to make sure that everything is going smooth.
5. He explained very clearly how closing process works and what is the best way to close it ( this is because he has so much experience as a realtor)
Also, he helped me in choosing right home owner insurance, home warranty, different type of ownership/Title etc. He was always a phone call away for me.
I am really happy with his service & would go with him for all my future real estate needs. I highly recommend Sunny
